YOGA is a great way to increase your strength, flexibility & endurance.   All classes are taught by Kim Allen in the tradition of viniyoga.  This style of Yoga focuses on adaptation of traditional poses (asanas) to meet the the unique needs and interests of each student.  This provides each practitioner with the tools to individualize and actualize the process of self-discovery and personal transformation.
 
FREE CLASSES Dec. 17th & 19th
NO CLASSES ON 
December 24 through 31 (Christmas)

The new yoga session begins on Monday, January 2 and ends on Saturday, February 4 (5 weeks of classes).


The cost of this session will be:
$10 for a single class

$45 for 5 classes 

$80 for 10 classes 

Classes meet on:
 Monday - 6:00pm to 7:00pm - Relaxing Class
 Monday - 7:00pm to 8:00pm - Strength Class
 Saturday - 8:30 to 9:30am - Awakening
 
Group Yoga Class
Classes at Anam Cara are geared for anyone.  This class includes gentle movement, introduction to yoga breathing & meditation.  Classes are geared to meet your physical abilities.

Private Yoga Sessions
Have a class at your convenience.  Come alone or bring friends. Private sessions cost $50/hour.  These may be scheduled throughout the week.  Call to set up an appointment.
 
Yoga Audio Available
This CD includes a guided yoga series + a short meditation & a simple guide book  to help explain the poses.  You can purchase one for only $10 at the studio or send me an email & I will arrange to ship a copy to you.
